The pressure regulator is the 7000 Model. With a maximum inlet pressure of 414 Bar and an outlet pressure adjustable between 0 and 414 Bar.

A compact panel that is built around a manifold system for reliability and ease of servicing. All components are sealed with "O" rings for a positive seal. This model is fitted with the 0 - 400 Bar 150mm mirror scale gauge which has an accuracy of 0.6%. The scale is in 2 bar increments. Just by removing the glass front you will find a re calibration screw on the needle which may be adjusted to re-zero without the need to disconnect the panel.

All valves are the 6000 balanced needle type to give you fine control of flow both into and out of the panel.The handwheels are now moulded rubber for comfort and easy turning. Each storage bank inlet has it`s own 0 - 400 bar single scale 1.6% accurate gauge which enables you to keep a check on storage bank pressures.

All the components are mounted to the front panel and are easily accessible , by removing the 6 front cover screws, for servicing. You can now service the 6000 Valves from the front of the panel by removing the hand wheel and inserting the special service socket tool. This enables you to replace the seat and all the s seals without having to dis-mantle the panel.

The finish is blue with all text etc. in white. This is easy to keep clean by wiping with a damp cloth.

A compact panel of modular design that is easy to use for the blending of Nitrox. All valves are the new uprated 6000 Mk2a needle valves which will give you fine control over the flow into and out of this panel. The handwheels are now moulded in rubber to offer better grip & comfort.

Each oxygen inlet valve has it`s own 1.6 % accurate 0 - 300 bar pressure gauge togive the pressure in the storage banks. The panel and outlet pressure is controlled by the very accurate 100mm DPM 400 Mk2 Digital gauge. Power provided by 12vdc regulated 220/240vac mains adaptor. This gauge has an accuracy better than 0.5% which is most important when blending . All the oxygen inlets have individual one way valves fitted. There are also 2 x N.R.V`s on the pure air inlet to meet current regulations.

The whole assembly is mounted on the front panel for easy access when any servicing is required. The unit is built up around a manifold system with all components sealed by "O" rings. The only pipework is the feed to the pressure gauges from the inlet valves. The whole system is protected by an over pressure valve set at 330 Bar. This is easily adjustable to a higher or lower set pressure.

You can now service the 6000 Valves from the front of the panel by removing the hand wheel and inserting the special service socket tool. This enables you to replace the seat and all the s seals withouthaving to dis-mantle the panel.

The finish is Bright Green plastic, so is not affected by saltwater air, with all text and
flow lines in white . The front is easily kept clean by wiping over with a damp cloth.

This kit enables you to de-cant oxygen with absolute accuracy due to the new DPM 300 Mk4 digital gauge that is fitted to this assembly.

You may choose the inlet fitting from our list of oxygen fittings but it is normally supplied with a G5/8 U.K. Bullnose into our new up rated 6000 Mk2 balanced needle valve to give fine control over the flow from the storage supply. Into this is fitted a 5100 Mk2 one way valve in turn fits into the bleed block.

Our 5044 / 2 mtr. Hose connects to a 232 bar male din fitting with our new rubber moulded handwheel for comfort. Note: this assembly has a maximum working pressure of 330 Bar.

This is the current version of the Sub-Aqua Products Tri -Mix Blending panel for the most discerning operator or diving group. It is a blending panel that is designed to be both functional and easy to use. All inlets are protected by individual one way valves whilst the pure air inlet has twin (2) N.R.V.`s which meet current regulations.

All valves are 6000 Mk2 balanced needle valves that enable you adjust and control the flow to and from your panel to give a precise amount of gas or air. All handwheels are moulded in rubber for easy grip & comfort.

The storage cylinder inlet gauges are single scale Bar and are accurate to 1.6 %. They show the pressure in the various storage bank cylinders. The dials are clear scale easy to read and rated 0 - 300 Bar. The Air inlet pressure gauge is 0-400 Bar. The panel and outlet pressure are controlled by the highly accurate DPM 400 Mk2 digital gauge which has an accuracy better than 0.5% to 400 Bar. Characters are 18 mm.

The DPM is powered by 12v dc regulated 220/240 volt mains adaptor. In addition you have a 150 mm Analogue gauge with an accuracy of 0.6%. There is a simple re-adjustment screw on the dial needle to re-calibrate to the digital gauge. All you need do is remove glass by twisting the gauge rim, so eliminating any down time on the panel. Full operating instructions are supplied together with a fixing kit.
